Kay trained with Vidal Sassoon, has 40 years’
experience, a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of hairdressing, beauty and customer care.
Over the years, Kay has cut and styled many celebrities hair, (only because many celebs live in friendly Muswell Hill!) but she remains grounded, humble and always grateful for everyone's business.
Kay's values run through the salon extensively: "Be really, really good at your job and always be really kind to yourself and others."
Kay is passionate about her award winning hair salon, her clients and her team. Including, the hair and beauty industry and providing a quality local London hair and beauty service - Moreover, making people look and feel fabulous!

Kay will only employ and train passionate hairstylists; only the ‘best hairdressers and therapists’

Kay handles team training and recruitment, as well as keeping and maintaining the high standards and ethos of her, Kay and Kompany Organic Hair and Beauty Salon.
She is always on hand to help or advise her team, clients and other hair salon colleagues.

Elli started her hairdressing career in 1999 at Kay and Kompany as a sweet 16-year-old, Saturday girl. She then went on to Vidal Sassoon's
to complete all her training.
Elli gained a Vidal Sassoon NVQ Diploma's in all aspects of Mens and Ladies hairdressing including, precision haircuts, hair colours, and hair styling.
In 2010, Kay proudly promoted Elli to a KayandKompany
salon partner.
Elli is extremely creative and a master hair colorist, an expert in all of the latest hair colouring techniques.
An artist with long hair colouring such as ombre, balayage, foil hi-lights and complicated colour correction.
Including, Yuko Japanese
hair-straightening system, Brazilian frizz free blow dry’s, and Keratin hair treatments.
Elli can advise on which salon hair products are most suitable for you such as Olaplex, Redken and KeraStraight hair treatments. Organic hair dyes, Elumen Goldwell fashion haircolours and Great Lengths 100% natural human hair extensions.

Julie joined our Kay and Kompany team in 2018
and is proving to be an extremely popular hairdresser with all our Kay and Kompany clients.
Julie is a top senior stylist
with over 28 years’
of in-salon experience.
Before she joined our team Julie managed a top London salon.
“I started as a Saturday girl and loved the salon floor with its entire buzz!" Knew then that was where my passion lay, so I did my NVQ at City and East London College."
I successfully with merits completed all aspects of hairdressing NVQ. Including, all haircuts, men's hair barbering, long hair, hair colouring, hair-up, and complicated Perm techniques.
Once new on the floor as a junior stylist, I gained further experience and put into practice all the things I had learnt.
Over the years, I have regularly attended various cutting, colouring and styling courses to keep me up to date, as I always enjoy keeping up with all the latest trends.
Although I am an all-round hairdresser, I love perming, cutting and balayage
hair colouring.
I’m a friendly, bubbly, professional hairdresser and easy to talk too - I will make you feel at ease when consulting with you about your hair.
I am caring and will do all that I can to make your customer experience with me the best it can be.

Sev speaks both English and Turkish, has worked, and trained in top London salons. With her 11 years’ of in-salon experience and passion for hair, she is becoming an extremely popular hairstylist with all our Kay and Kompany clients.
Sev is a top stylist, trained at Conel College and successfully with merits completed her NVQ 1 & 2 in all aspects of hairdressing. Including, ladies haircuts and complicated hair colouring techniques.
Sev is passionate about hair colouring and also specialises in long hair haircuts and styling. She enjoys working with various creative colour techniques such as; Balayage, Ombré, Sombre, including, foil highlights
and high fashion rainbow haircolours.
